Luiz Carlos Bresser-Pereira e Nuria Cunill Grau

In Bresser-Pereira, Luiz Carlos e Nuria Cunill Grau, orgs, O Público Não-Estatal na Reforma do Estado. Rio de Janeiro: Editora FGV, 1999: 15-48.
